GREAT WAY TO USE UP COOKED GAMMON FROM LAST NIGHT’S DINNER.
If using cooked gammon, simply shred and add during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Place all the ingredients into your Crock-Pot bowl. Cover and cook on Low for 6-7 hours or High for 5-6 hours.
Remove the lid and adjust the seasoning, removing the bay leaves.
Using the back of a spoon press the Ham chunks against the side of the bowl to break them into the soup.
